1. Initial Consultation
We begin with a free, no-obligation consultation at your home. During this meeting, we’ll take the time to understand your vision, discuss your goals for the project, and address any specific needs or concerns you may have. We thoroughly assess the site, taking measurements and evaluating any existing structures or features that may impact the design.
2. Design and Proposal
After our initial consultation, we will discuss an acceptable budget and get to work creating a detailed 3D rendering of your proposed hardscape. We use state-of-the-art software to bring your vision to life, allowing you to visualize the final product before any work begins. Within a few days, we’ll present you with a comprehensive proposal that includes the design and project timeline.
At this stage, we encourage you to provide feedback and suggest any revisions you’d like to see. We want to ensure every detail is perfect before we move forward.
3. Planning and Preparation
Once you’ve approved the design and proposal, we’ll begin the planning and preparation phase. This includes obtaining any necessary permits, ordering materials, and writing a detailed schedule for ourselves in order to place you in our queue with appropriate time to start and finish your project.
4. Installation
After everything is in place, our team will begin the installation process. We work using the design mockups as our guide. Throughout the installation, we keep you informed of our progress and address any concerns you may have.
5. Final Cleanup
As the project nears completion, we remove all debris and tools. Areas of “over dig” around the new hardscape and areas of lawn damaged by machinery travel are thoroughly cleaned and regraded with loam, grass seed and starter fertilizer. We take great pride in our workmanship and customer satisfaction.
