Coastal Masonry specializes in using natural stone, concrete pavers, and traditional bricks for constructing patios. In addition to the patio space itself, there are many features we can incorporate into your backyard retreat. A fire feature such as a fire pit or fireplace, a water feature such as a fountain, or koi pond, garden walls, sitting walls, columns, retaining walls, gardens, privacy, outdoor kitchens, bars, lighting…. anything you can dream of, we can do it! Patio Process and Pricing
We can meet with you about your patio space as soon as you are ready. You can also expect a quick turnaround on your computer design and proposal, typically within two days. Once the rendering and budget is approved, we’ll put you on our schedule for installation. A typical patio installation takes 5-10 days and can be enjoyed the moment it is complete. Patio pricing ranges greatly depending on size, material types, added features, site accessibility and other factors. Typical patios can range from $6,000 – $30,000. It’s best to contact us for an initial meeting, so we can tailor a realistic budget and design that will work great for you and your outdoor space.
