Why use a design and build company over a traditional contractor? In short, our design experience and computer software helps you envision every detail of your project BEFORE you have it installed. How big would your new patio need to be to enjoy that family fire pit or that nice outdoor dining room table? What kind of design will look best with your home? If you want curved lines incorporated into the patio design, what will they look like? What type of walkway or stairs should you have to best compliment your home, function safely and last a long time? Many questions can be simply answered without you worrying about them. Design and build services clarify everything for you, before construction.
Our Process – Fully Customized Designs to Fit Your Outdoor Space
Taking advantage of our design and build services is very easy. First, schedule a time for us to meet on your property. Meetings typically take 15-45 minutes. We will ask you carefully thought out questions regarding your project. We will take measurements, photos, and read the grading of your property around the work area. We’ll leave you with a couple material catalogs to look through on your own time and and provide us feedback about a material or design you really like. We will leave your property with everything we need to draft an initial design and budget, according to your needs and wants. Within a couple days, your design and proposal will be ready for your review!
Once the design and budget are done, it’s time for you to review it! We can meet back at your home, or at a coffee shop, or wherever you are comfortable to sit down and view the design and budget. For busy clients, we can even simply communicate via email. This will give you the opportunity to give us feedback about the design, materials and budget. Maybe you want to change materials? Add a feature? Remove a feature to reduce the budget? Change the way something looks? No problem. We’ll make those adjustments for your final review. Once everything is adjusted the way you like it, you can sign off on the proposal and get on our installation schedule.
